My initial contact was with Stephen, the Supervisor. We discussed dates and pricing. He scheduled me for exactly what I requested and the pricing was very inexpensive.
Then there is Steven, the Tech, who did the carpet cleaning. Yes, they are two different men who spell their names differently.
Anyway, he arrived on time, was kind and respectful, and WOWWW when I went the next day the carpet looked brand new.
